Returns

Due to change-of-possession concerns and hazardous materials regulations, refrigerant sales are final. Please verify part numbers, quantities, and delivery address before placing your order. If your items are damaged on arrival, take a picture if possible, sign a damage form with the carrier, and refuse the order. Inform us as soon as possible. If your items have concealed damage, it must be reported within 2 business days or the claim will not be honored.

To request a return, please send an email to return@aaarefrigerant.com with the details below.

Include in your email

Order Number (e.g., 000001234)
Part Number / SKU (e.g., R-410A-25LB)
Photos of the item and packaging (attach clear images; include any damage/labels)

Helpful tips

Attach multiple images if needed (box exterior, shipping label, cylinder seal, any damage).
Briefly describe the reason for the return in the email body.
If the shipment arrived damaged, keep all packaging until instructed otherwise.

Refrigerant note: For cylinders, items typically must be unopened and factory sealed unless otherwise approved. Freight/LTL returns may require carrier inspection and photos.
