All product information, part numbers, images, specifications, and pricing are provided to the best of our ability based on manufacturer and distributor data. However, errors may occur, including misprints, incorrect part numbers, product images, descriptions, or pricing.

• We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without notice.
• We may cancel or refuse orders placed with incorrect or outdated information, even if an order has been confirmed or payment processed. Any charges will be reversed or refunded.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Availability may vary by warehouse and region. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer an alternative or refund.

4. Orders and Payments

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from our network of U.S. distributor warehouses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Hazardous materials (including refrigerants) require an adult signature upon delivery and may be subject to federal and state restrictions. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or regulatory review.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to EPA regulations and hazardous material transport laws, all refrigerant sales are final. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of receipt, including photos of the damage and shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Compliance Requirements

Purchases of regulated products (including refrigerants) may require EPA Section 608/609 certification, resale certificates, and/or state tax-exempt forms. Orders will not ship until required documentation is received and verified.
